Daily Giveaway Terms and Conditions Makerr Designs

1. Eligibility

• Participants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Daily Giveaway:

• Must be a resident of India with a valid Indian address

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

• Must have active accounts on all Makerr Designs social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Must follow Makerr Designs on all specified social media platforms

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Makerr Designs are not eligible to participate

2. Entry Requirements

• To enter the Daily Giveaway, participants must:

• Follow Makerr Designs on all official social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and any other platforms specified in the giveaway post)

• Engagement on posts (likes, comments, shares) increases visibility but does not guarantee selection

• Past customers of Makerr Designs receive higher priority in the random selection process

• Participants who share Makerr Designs' website, products, or social media content in their personal groups/stories and email a screenshot to [your email address] receive the highest priority in selection

3. Winner Selection and Announcement

• Winners are selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants using a random selection tool

• Makerr Designs reserves the right to verify that winners have fulfilled all entry requirements before announcing them publicly

• Winners will be announced on Makerr Designs' social media platforms and contacted via direct message or email

• If a selected winner has not met all entry requirements (e.g., not following on all platforms), they will be disqualified and another participant will be selected

• Winners must respond to the winner notification within 48 hours to claim their prize

4. Prize Details

• Daily prizes include 3D-printed objects, products, lamps, or other items as specified in each giveaway post

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products

• Makerr Designs reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win

• The approximate retail value of each prize will be disclosed in the giveaway post

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping is provided free of charge to the winner within India

• Winners must provide a complete and accurate shipping address within 3 days of winning notification

• If our shipping partner does not service the winner's pincode (particularly in remote or restricted areas), the winner will be notified immediately

• In cases where shipping is unavailable to the winner's location, the winner must arrange their own pickup from our designated shipping partner's nearest hub or location

• If the winner fails to arrange pickup or respond to shipping inquiries within 3 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible participant

• Makerr Designs is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping providers

• Winners are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply (though typically not applicable within India)

6. Winner Obligations

• Upon receiving the prize, winners agree to:

• Post a review and photograph/video of the product on their social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or other platforms)

• Tag @MakerrDesigns (or the official handle specified) in all posts

• Use relevant hashtags provided by Makerr Designs

• Allow Makerr Designs to reshare their content on official brand channels

• Provide honest feedback about the product

• Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in disqualification from future giveaways.

7. Disqualification

• Makerr Designs reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false information or violates entry requirements

• Engages in fraudulent activity, including creating multiple fake accounts

• Fails to respond within specified timeframes

• Violates any terms outlined in this agreement

• Engages in harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior on any platform

• Makerr Designs retains all intellectual property rights to product designs, logos, and brand materials

11. Compliance with Platform Rules
