At Makerr Designs, every piece is crafted with care, one layer at a time. Since our products are handcrafted and 3D printed and each piece is custom-crafted after you place your order, with optional name engraving that makes it truly yours. each one is unique—you may notice slight variations in texture or finish. These are not flaws but beautiful marks of the handmade process that make your lamp truly one of a kind. Every piece is 3D printed, hand-assembled, and made with care—just for you.

Because of this personalized process, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order is placed.

Conditions for returns(Damaged in Transit only):

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• Clear & Uncut Unboxing video of product received is recorded and send via GDrive link.

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

Upon Returns confirmation by Us:

• Please Ship back to us to address we will confirm via email.

• After inspecting the condition matches the one in video, we will issue refund

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

Limitied Refund Policy

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
